Ann Boynton lovingly calls her Beaux Arts home Toad Hall. It is decorated with a whimsical touch that fits the community perfectly. Boynton says she and her husband fell in love with the house but couldn't afford its asking price -- $35,000. After a year of dickering they bought it in 1961 for $25,000, she says.
